Iowa Administrative Code (Administrative Rules), Chapter 751 is the chapter of the Administrative Code that provides clarification for Chapter 8D of the Code of Iowa.  Rules and rule amendments are developed by ICN staff, approved by the Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission (ITTC) and then filed with the Governor's Administrative Rules Coordinator.
